Over a dozen published articles in books and law journals on environmental law topics.

Trial attorney in several environmental lawsuits and appeals in state and federal courts in Michigan, Ohio, Tennessee and the District of Columbia. Successful attorney in charge of several notable environmental cases, including Michie v Great Lakes Steel Corp., 495 F2d 213 [6th Cir 1974]; Bleeda v Hickman-Williams & Co., 44 Mich App 29, 205 NW2d 85 (1972); Oakwood Homeowners' Association v Ford Motor Co., 77 Mich App 197, 258 NW2d 475 (1977); Oakwood Homeowners' Assoc. v Marathon Oil Co., 104 Mich App 689, 305 NW2d 567 (1981) and Her Majesty the Queen v City of Detroit, 874 F2d 332 [6th Cir 1989].

Guest lecturer on environmental law at many universities, colleges, meetings and conventions.

Language Skills: Spanish (moderate fluency), some Greek, a little Russian.
